Working within the Coastal Zone requires very skilled resources. In the coastal renovation of this home which includes a full basement and underground garage, 50% of the exterior walls must remain intact. In order to achieve this, we have devised methods to hang the walls to allow for the addition of basements, store rooms, and underground garages. Underpinning and shoring of the existing structure is required to ensure proper support of the building and dig site.
